Salary Range: 7 LPA 12 LPA (Commensurate with experience and interview performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Healthcare or Jewellery industry, along with a solid command of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). This role requires a detail-oriented skilled capable of managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; accounts
- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with statutory/external auditors
- Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial planning specific to the healthcare/jewellery sector




- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting (specifically relevant for jewellery/healthcare stock management)
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts (vendor, bank, inventory)
- Support in taxation planning, assessments, and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in the Healthcare or Jewellery industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
- Proficient in GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP systems)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation Salary offered will be in the range of 7 LPA to 12 LPA, based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and performance during the interview process.
