Key Responsibilities

US Accounting

Assist in bookkeeping and monthly closing activities

Support preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reviews

Help manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow activities

Work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite

Learn and apply US GAAP accounting standards

US Taxation

Assist in preparation of US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.)

Support tax compliance activities and basic tax research

Help in tax filings, documentation, and audit support

Learn US taxation concepts and tax planning processes under guidance

Candidate Requirements

CA Fresher or CA Inter candidate or CA dropout

Strong understanding of accounting concepts, reconciliations, and financial statements

Eagerness to learn US Accounting and US Taxation practices

Valuable analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting or tax software will be an added advantage

Candidates with articleship experience will be preferred
