Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) , with strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and corporate accounting principles.

- Must have atleast 2 years of post CA qualification exp

- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

- Proficiency in taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings, with familiarity with audit processes and internal control frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, corporate setting.

- Prior experience in a multinational company or Big 4/large audit firm is an advantage; exposure to Botswana or international operations is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, demonstrate high ethical standards, and adapt to dynamic business requirements and timelines.
