Job Requirement – Chartered Accountant (CA) with HR Responsibilities Location: Bangalore / Kolhapur, Company: Almorphoenix Global Engineering Private Limited Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full‑time About the Role We are a fast‑growing startup in product engineering & manufacturing sector, looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience who can also support core HR functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the financial and organizational foundation of a new company.

Key Responsibilities 1. Finance & Accounting (Primary Role)

Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial reporting.

Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control activities.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial partners.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, procurement, and manufacturing costs.

Support financial planning for scaling production and recent projects.

- HR & Administration (Secondary Role)

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for new hires.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Draft HR policies, offer letters,



appointment letters, and compliance documents.

Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and workplace safety guidelines.

Assist in building HR processes suitable for a growing manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.

Strong understanding of Indian taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.

Good communication skills and ability to handle HR interactions.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks) and MS Office.

Ability to work independently in a startup setting with evolving processes.
