Role Description The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting for Alphanso Products’ portfolio of personal care brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial statements, handling GST and other tax compliances, and coordinating audits with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve budgeting, cost analysis, cash-flow monitoring, and providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate closely with the finance,



operations, and senior leadership teams to ensure robust financial controls and adherence to regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with valid membership from the relevant institute.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliance (including GST, direct taxes, and Companies Act).

Experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.

Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, advanced MS Excel skills, and comfort working with financial data and reports.

Prior experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial records.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.

Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a rapid-paced, growth-oriented organization.
