Role & responsibilities

- Manage and govern the end-to-end Change Management lifecycle.

- Review, assess, and authorize change requests based on risk, impact, business priority, and compliance requirements.

- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings.

- Ensure proper risk assessment, implementation planning, testing, rollback procedures, and approvals for all changes.

- Drive adherence to Change Management policies, standards, and governance processes.

- Coordinate with technical teams, service owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.

- Monitor and report change success rates, failed changes, unauthorized changes, and change-related incidents.

- Analyze change trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.





- Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance for change activities.

- Support Major Incident and Problem Management teams when changes contribute to service disruptions.

- Maintain change calendars and manage scheduling conflicts for enterprise-wide changes.

- Produce operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and governance metrics related to Change Management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or ITSM functions.

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Change Management experience.

- Experience managing enterprise-scale Change Management processes.

- Experience conducting CAB and ECAB meetings.

- Experience working in global service delivery environments.
