Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CFO/Finance Controller role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The CFO/Finance Controller will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports, manage compliance with local and international accounting standards, and support audits.

The role includes monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, and advising leadership on cost optimization and investment decisions.



The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the finance department, establish robust internal controls, and contribute to strategic planning and risk management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risks, and support decision-making.Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are preferred.Significant experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
