Position: CEO – Transformers

Location: Gujarat/Maharashtra

Experience: 20+ years

Industry: Transformer Manufacturing (up to 20/50 MVA Class)

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Production/Industrial, Mechanical. M.Tech. will be preferred.

Role Overview:

Waaree seeks a seasoned leader to establish its Transformer business. The CEO will drive BD, strategy, plant operations, financial performance.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as CEO/VP in transformer manufacturing (20/50 MVA class).

- Proven Track record of driving 30%+ business growth rate on sustainable basis

- Proven track record of managing end to end P&L; (at least 1500 + Cr)

- Experience of international (especially USA) would be preferred

- Expertise in transformer design, manufacturing, and supply chain.

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and renewable energy goals.

- Experience in BD and partnerships is a plus.

- Robust network among National Utilities and thorough knowledge of certification process.
