Role Description This full-time, on-site CDP Bakery & Pastry Chef role is based in Gurugram. The role involves preparing and baking a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards. The CDP Bakery & Pastry Chef will manage daily mise en place, oversee baking schedules, monitor oven operations, and ensure consistent product presentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the bakery section, checking ingredient quality and stock levels,



and coordinating with the kitchen team to meet service timelines. The role may also involve assisting in menu development, testing new recipes, training junior staff, and supporting inventory and cost control.

Qualifications

Strong bakery and baking skills, with hands-on experience in professional kitchen or bakery environments.

Proficiency in food preparation for baked goods, including dough handling, mixing, portioning, and finishing techniques.

Ability to produce a range of cookies and related baked items with consistent taste, texture, and appearance.

Experience in preparing different types of bread, including artisan and specialty varieties.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper kitchen sanitation practices.

Certificate or diploma in bakery, pastry, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
