Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Support Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and related security equipment. The candidate should have technical knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to CCTV systems
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment
- Configure IP cameras, remote viewing, and networking devices
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system health checks
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Prepare service reports and maintain installation/service records
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues
- Support in cable laying, routing,



and device setup

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR configuration, and IP cameras
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Familiarity with access control and security systems is an added advantage
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Bosch, etc.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and networking
- Field support experience preferred

Working Conditions

- Field work and onsite client visits required
- Flexible working hours depending on project requirements
