:- COMPUTER OPERATOR (COMMAND & CONTROL CENTER)

Key Requirements

- Must have valuable typing skills in both English and Hindi.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi and English fluently.
- Must have good knowledge of computer applications and basic computer operations.
- Should be familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and internet usage.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer terminology and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Enter and maintain customer data accurately.




- Respond to customer inquiries in Hindi and English.
- Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and professional customer service.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
