About Commercial Banking Group:

Commercial Banking Department in Axis Bank is a department within Axis Bank Wholesale Banking Team. The department is responsible for lending to the small and medium enterprises. The turnover bracket of these customers are from 15 Cr to 350 Cr. The department has two large segments namely Small Enterprises Group (SEG) and Medium Enterprises Group (MEG). It has 160+ Centers located at various parts of the country with a sales force strength of over 2000 employees.

About the Role:

This is a corporate office role within the Projects and New Initiatives Team. The Projects and New Initiatives team is the digital arm of the Commercial Banking Team and is responsible for conceptualization, design and rollout of all digital transformation driven initiatives within the commercial banking department. The role reports to the head - projects and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this role is to ensure enablement of CBG's templated products via our newly designed and developed loan origination platform. The key responsibilities include





- Conceptualization of swim-lanes and process flows to enable seamless rollout of templated products for our segments
- Creation of standard operating procedures for sales, credit and operations processes for sanction and disbursement of templated loans
- Drafting of business requirement definitions to enable transparent cut understanding of concepts for technical team for delivery of requirements
- Ensuring user acceptance testing and demonstration of features developed to the end users
- Ensuring rollout and governance around delivery: enablement of users to reap benefit of the new features implemented

Qualifications:

- MBA or CA with experience in banking or financial services either in the industry or consulting
- 7-10 years of experience
- Understanding of credit policy/ processes is an additional advantage for this role

Role Proficiencies:

- Process definition and SOP writing frameworks or tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and inferences
- Capability of presenting concepts and principles to Axis Bank leadership
