JOB POSTING The Anguilla Electricity Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Cashier in the Administration Department.

Key Responsibilities & Functions

- Collect cash from consumers and issue receipts in accordance with

established and approved procedures.
- Reconcile cash balances with receipts issued at the end of each day

and prepare bank deposits in the approved format.
- Analyze daily cash receipts by completing cash summaries and

arranging for verification by the Senior Accounts Clerk.
- Respond to customer queries on billings and refer to customer care

personnel for further action or clarification as necessary.
- Replenish the cash pan with change and collect bank deposit books

when required to perform the job function (in the absence of a messenger).
- Contact customers in relation to returned cheques.
- Adhere at all times to the disciplinary guidelines and practices as set

out by the company.




- Maintain established codes of conduct so as to enhance the companies

image and business profile.
- Perform other related duties as required by the job function.

Qualifications, Requirements & Experience

- The candidate should possess at least four (4) G.C.E Ordinary level or C.X.C

examination passes including Mathematics, English Language
