Qualifications Strong experience in AR processes, cash allocation, suspense research, bank/GL reconciliation, and ledger management.

Required Skills

- Ability to review credits/debits, resolve unmatched cash, manage payaways, and ensure compliance with UK accounting principles, regulations, and SOX/control requirements.
- Capability to investigate complex accounting issues, identify discrepancies, interpret financial data, and propose practical solutions.




- Strong communication skills to work with account providers, internal business units, Finance, Billing, Operations, and wider Aon network stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor aged debt, overdue balances, high-risk items, and escalate critical or high-profile issues appropriately.
- Experience preparing performance reports, project summaries, presentations, and updates on targets, metrics, risks, and ledger issues.
- Mindset to identify opportunities for operational improvement, risk reduction, data quality enhancement, and stronger financial controls.
- Proficiency in AR/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for lookups, pivots, formulas, and data analysis.
- High accuracy in maintaining ledgers, invoice trackers, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.
