Role Description The Career Consultant at Data-Queue will provide guidance to early-career and experienced professionals on navigating opportunities within the B2B tech and demand generation space. This full-time remote role involves conducting one-on-one consultations, assessing career goals, and recommending suitable learning paths, roles, and growth strategies.

The Career





Consultant will develop and implement career development plans, maintain documentation of counseling sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to understand evolving skill requirements.

Responsibilities also include facilitating career workshops or webinars, staying current on industry trends and hiring needs, and supporting candidates through interview preparation and role transitions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Student Counseling or guidance for early-career professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
- Relevant experience in talent development, coaching, or HR advisory in the tech or services sector is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple consultations, and use digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
