Role & responsibilities

. Validation & Quality Assurance:

- Validate calculations primarily for standardized approaches including Credit RWA, Leverage Exposure, and Large Exposure
- Extend validation coverage to market risk, operational risk, and capital deductions
- Review and verify the impact of upstream system changes on capital metrics and regulatory reporting outputs
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across JFSA reporting frameworks
- Raise system enhancement requests with IT for robust standardized calculations.

2. Impact Analysis & Stakeholder Communication:

- Analyze and summarize the impact of system changes for stakeholder reporting
- Respond to business and management inquiries regarding capital metrics and system modifications




- Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for system enhancements and upstream changes
- Financial services industry exposure / valuable working knowledge in Capital monitoring / reporting function

- Capital Market knowledge
- Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate ideas concisely and clearly
- Ability to work in stringent deadlines
- Ability to deliver accurate reports within agreed timelines

- Understanding of financial products

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn Finance specific systems Inquisitive mind set with ability to challenge the norm
