You'll deliver the most honest report a CHRO reads all year. As a Capability Consultant, you own the Capability Audit — our entry engagement — end to end: scoping with the client, baselining a cohort in simulations, reading the skill evidence, and presenting findings that change real decisions about promotion, hiring, and development. What you'll do

Run Capability Audits: define target roles and skills with the client, set up cohorts, manage the simulation window

Read the evidence: analyse cohort heatmaps, individual capability maps, and debrief data to find the story that matters

Deliver findings to L&D; heads and CHROs — including the uncomfortable parts





Translate audit findings into capability journeys the client actually adopts

Feed what you learn in the field back into how we build the product What we're looking for

Experience in L&D; consulting, talent assessment, HR analytics, or management consulting

Comfort presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders The instinct to say what the evidence says, not what the room wants to hear

Robust written and verbal communication; fluency with data without hiding behind it

We won't screen you by resume. You'll run one of our simulations — the same product our clients' leaders use.

Your debrief becomes your first interview: we'll discuss what you did, what the evidence showed, and what you'd do differently. We measure capability for a living; hiring off a PDF of past job titles would be a strange way for us to behave. Your resume says trained. Show us ready.
