Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for candidates joining CloudInvoice to support the growth and improvement of the platform. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand user needs and enhance overall user experience. Candidates will help analyze workflows, document processes, and contribute to content, communication, or support initiatives that improve invoicing, payment collection,



and client management for customers.

The role involves using data and feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and supporting cross-functional projects that drive adoption and customer satisfaction. Individuals in this position will be expected to work independently, communicate clearly in distributed teams, and demonstrate ownership of their responsibilities.

Qualifications

Ability to understand SaaS products, digital workflows, and basic invoicing or payment processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional remote teams and documenting processes.

Comfort with using online collaboration tools, analytics dashboards, and customer support or project management software.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate user feedback into actionable insights.

Relevant education or experience in business, technology, operations, finance, or a related field is beneficial.

Experience working in a startup, fintech, or SaaS workplace, especially with Indian SMBs or freelancers, is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
