About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Candid Wedding Photographer who can capture genuine, unposed, emotional moments throughout wedding functions. The ideal candidate has a strong storytelling eye, blends seamlessly into events without disrupting the flow, and consistently delivers stunning, natural photographs that couples will treasure for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

Capture candid, unscripted moments across all wedding functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Ceremony, Reception, pre-wedding shoots)

Anticipate key moments (emotional reactions, rituals, interactions) and be ready to shoot without staging

Work alongside the traditional/posed photography and cinematography teams to ensure complete coverage

Scout locations and lighting conditions in advance for outdoor/pre-wedding shoots

Select, cull, and edit/retouch final images to a qualified standard





Deliver a final curated album/gallery within agreed timelines

Maintain and manage camera gear, lenses, and backup equipment Requirements

Proven experience in candid/documentary-style wedding photography (portfolio required)

Strong technical skills — manual camera settings, low-light shooting, fast-reflex shooting

Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel for outstation shoots

Strong sense of composition, timing, and storytelling

Good interpersonal skills to work discreetly among guests and family

Strong Communication Skills.
