About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Candid Wedding Photographer who can capture genuine, unposed, emotional moments throughout wedding functions. The ideal candidate has a strong storytelling eye, blends seamlessly into events without disrupting the flow, and consistently delivers stunning, natural photographs that couples will treasure for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture candid, unscripted moments across all wedding functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Ceremony, Reception, pre-wedding shoots)

- Anticipate key moments (emotional reactions, rituals, interactions) and be ready to shoot without staging

- Work alongside the traditional/posed photography and cinematography teams to ensure complete coverage

- Scout locations and lighting conditions in advance for outdoor/pre-wedding shoots

- Select, cull, and edit/retouch final images to a professional standard





- Deliver a final curated album/gallery within agreed timelines

- Maintain and manage camera gear, lenses, and backup equipment

Requirements

- Proven experience in candid/documentary-style wedding photography (portfolio required)

- Strong technical skills — manual camera settings, low-light shooting, rapid-reflex shooting

- Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel for outstation shoots

Strong sense of composition, timing, and storytelling

- Good interpersonal skills to work discreetly among guests and family

- Strong Communication Skills.
