Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Campus Hiring Recruiter to manage and support campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities in various cities and states as per business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in campus hiring, strong communication and coordination skills, and be willing to travel to educational institutions to build relationships and conduct recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute campus hiring activities across colleges and universities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with placement officers, Training & Placement (TPO) teams, and college authorities.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, career fairs, and placement events.
- Source and screen candidates from campuses based on hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Conduct pre-placement talks and represent the organization during campus engagements.
- Ensure timely collection of candidate documents and maintain recruitment records.
- Track hiring progress and prepare daily/weekly campus recruitment reports.




- Travel extensively to colleges and universities across various cities and states as per business requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve campus hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Campus Hiring or Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively across locations based on business requirements.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
