About the Role





We are seeking an experienced and proactive Campus Manager to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor management, compliance, employee support services, and day-to-day administration while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall administration and day-to-day office operations.

Manage office facilities, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services.

Lead vendor identification, negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.

Monitor and control administrative budgets, expenses, and procurement activities.

Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment, utilities, and workplace assets.

Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and operational processes to improve efficiency.

Coordinate office space planning, seating arrangements, and infrastructure expansion as required.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, fire safety norms, and local administrative guidelines.

Handle office asset management, inventory control, and procurement of office supplies.

Support employee engagement initiatives by coordinating administrative arrangements for internal events, meetings, and town halls.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless operational support.



Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics whenever required.

Build, mentor, and supervise the administration team while driving operational excellence. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.

8–12 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or corporate services.

Experience managing large office facilities and cross-functional administrative operations. Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and facility operations. Familiarity with statutory compliance, workplace safety standards, and office administration best practices.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and administrative management tools.

Preferred Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
