About The Role

As the Campaign Strategist and Account Head for Chhattisgarh, you will be the agency's primary leader on the ground. You will own the account end-to-end — from building local creator and vendor ecosystems to managing government coordination and ensuring flawless on-ground execution. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that requires someone who can move fast, think strategically, and deliver results in a dynamic market.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the Chhattisgarh account end-to-end, serving as the primary client and stakeholder contact

Build and maintain a robust network of local creators, influencers, and vendors

Lead creator negotiations, briefings, and contract finalisation

Manage government liaison and event coordination requirements

Develop campaign strategies tailored to the Chhattisgarh market and audience

Oversee end-to-end on-ground execution and ensure timely campaign delivery

Ensure all campaigns are locally relevant,



culturally resonant, and brand-aligned

Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for the account

Mentor and manage the on-ground campaign team

What We're Looking For

5-6 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or account management

Solid understanding of the Chhattisgarh / Central India market

Proven track record of managing client accounts, on-ground teams, and preferably govt. projects

Experience working with creators, vendors, and media partners

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency in campaign reporting tools, Excel, and social media platforms

Strategic thinking with sharp on-ground execution ability
