Company Description Savira Aerospace Private Limited is an emerging Indian aerospace and defense engineering company specializing in precision manufacturing and subsystem-level integration.

Role Description The CAM Programmer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining of aerospace and defense components. Day-to-day activities include interpreting technical drawings and 3D models, defining machining strategies, selecting tools and cutting parameters, and generating CAM programs for milling and other machining operations. The role involves validating programs through simulations, coordinating with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues, and continuously improving cycle times, tool life, and process reliability.

The CAM Programmer will maintain program documentation, support first-article and trial runs, and ensure all processes adhere to internal quality standards and relevant aerospace compliance requirements. Collaboration with design, process engineering, and shop-floor personnel is essential to meet delivery, quality,



and cost targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and the interpretation of engineering drawings and 3D models.

Candidates should possess solid Milling and Machining skills for precision component manufacturing.

Candidates should possess Programming and CNC Programming skills for creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CAM programs.

Candidates should ideally have experience with CAM software Mastercam and CNC machine controls.

Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work safely and systematically in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience in aerospace or defense machining, knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality standards, and familiarity with tooling and fixturing design will be preferred.
