Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara, India, for a Caller at Yukon Overseas. The Caller will engage with potential and current clients over the phone, providing information about visa and immigration services, scheduling consultations, and addressing inquiries.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and supporting the sales and consultancy team to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal skills, active listening, and transparent articulation
- Experience in client interaction, relationship management, and customer service
- Organizational and time management skills for maintaining accurate records and handling multiple client inquiries efficiently
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or related software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to learn and understand immigration processes, visa categories, and consultancy services (prior experience in visa consultancy is a plus)
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
