We are looking for a detail-oriented Calibration Engineer to join our laboratory team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be responsible for performing accurate calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will handle the digital side of our operations, which includes generating, formatting, and issuing computerized calibration certificates for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in instrumentation, excellent computer skills, and a strict adherence to quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Instrument Calibration: Perform routine and specialized calibration of testing and measuring instruments (e.g., pressure, temperature, electrical, or dimensional equipment) within the laboratory.
- Computerized Certification: Generate, verify, and issue accurate digital calibration certificates using our laboratory standard templates.
- Data Management: Log all calibration data, maintain digital records, and ensure complete data integrity for audits and client reporting.




- Quality Compliance: Ensure all lab activities and computer certifications comply with ISO/IEC 17025 or NABL guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform basic repairs on master calibration standards and testing equipment.

Specific Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience working in a calibration laboratory or a similar testing environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of measurement uncertainties, tolerances, and calibration methodologies.
- Language & Communication: Good written communication skills to ensure certificates and reports are drafted accurately and professionally.
