- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile practices and ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
CAE Process Automation
- Automating virtual CAE techniques for Engineering teams, the application of such tools (MODSIM, ANSA & hypermesh) is used to assess and optimize the process.
- Develop coding to automate recent and existing CAE process to reduce time and improve quality. Good communication skills needed.
