Role Description The CAD Trainer role is a full time, on-site position based in Agra. The CAD Trainer will design and deliver CAD-focused training sessions for students and professionals, covering topics such as CAD modeling, drafting, and integration with CAM and CNC workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, providing hands-on guidance on industry-standard CAD software,



and assessing learner progress through assignments and practical evaluations.

The trainer will update and refine course content to align with current manufacturing and design practices, collaborate with the academy team to enhance training methodologies, and support learners with mentoring and technical doubt resolution. The role may also involve contributing to technical content, demonstrations, and workshops that reflect real industrial applications.

Qualifications

Ability to design and refine training content using Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills.

Strong Teaching and Training capabilities for delivering structured, practical CAD sessions.

Proficiency in Design Thinking to create learner-centric, problem-solving oriented training experiences.

Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX, CATIA or similar) and understanding of CAD/CAM integration.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC programming basics, GD&T;, and engineering drawings is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage classroom dynamics, and support continuous improvement of training programs.
