We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our growing Multi-Utilities (MU) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D CAD drawings for Water, Gas, and Electricity utility projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client standards and project requirements. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to support the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects across the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Prepare, modify, and maintain accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings for Multi-Utilities projects.

Produce detailed design and construction drawings for Water, Gas, and Electricity utility networks.

Update drawings based on engineering mark-ups, client comments, and design revisions.

Ensure all drawings comply with client specifications, industry standards, and company quality procedures.

Coordinate with Civil, Utility, and Design Engineers to produce coordinated project deliverables.

Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, and project documentation.

Support the preparation of General Arrangement (GA), utility layouts, and construction drawings.

Ensure drawings are delivered accurately and within project deadlines.





Assist in resolving design coordination issues and incorporate feedback promptly.

Follow company CAD standards and contribute to continuous process improvements. Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

1–5 years of experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in Multi-Utilities (Water, Gas & Electricity).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Experience preparing utility layout, design, and construction drawings.

Good understanding of utility design standards and engineering drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience working on UK utility projects will be a significant advantage. Benefits:
