Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month Job Summary Atithi House is seeking a skilled CAD Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation for residential construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing detailed drawings, generating accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and modify detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings.

- Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Prepare material estimates and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams.
- Review drawings and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.




- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project revisions.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting and BOQ preparation.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Experience in quantity estimation and material take-offs.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred

Candidate - Candidates residing in Greater Noida or nearby locations will be preferred.

- Experience in residential construction and interior projects will be an added advantage.
