Work with a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering structural and telecom infrastructure projects for clients across the USA, Canada, and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex engineering projects while gaining exposure to international design standards, engineering practices, and advanced drafting methodologies.

Whether your background is in telecom structures, steel fabrication, structural detailing, or engineering drafting, you'll be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

What You'll Work On

Telecom Infrastructure Drafting

Prepare engineering drawings for a wide range of telecom infrastructure projects, including:

- Telecom Towers

- Monopoles

- Rooftop Structures

- Equipment Support Structures

- Tower Reinforcements and Modifications

Develop detailed engineering documentation, including:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings

- Structural Layouts

- Equipment Layouts

- Elevation Drawings

- Construction Drawings

- Permit Drawings

- As-Built Drawings

Review engineering markups, maintain revision control, and ensure drawing quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Fabrication & Structural Detailing

Prepare fabrication and detailing drawings for telecom tower structures and associated steel components.

Your responsibilities will include

- Developing fabrication drawings for structural steel members and assemblies.

- Preparing shop drawings for tower components, mounting assemblies, support frames, platforms, ladders, and equipment support structures.

- Coordinating with structural engineers to ensure constructability, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.





- Reviewing engineering revisions and maintaining drawing quality and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Professionals with experience in structural detailing, fabrication drawings, shop drawings, steel detailing, or engineering drafting are encouraged to apply. Prior telecom experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you have a strong foundation in fabrication and detailing and are eager to learn, we'll help you build the telecom engineering expertise required to work on international infrastructure projects.
