Job Role: CAD Designer (Industrial Design)
Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Including 1 Hour Break)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Skills, Experience & Interview Performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled CAD Designer with a robust background in Industrial Design . The ideal candidate should possess excellent design visualization skills, a creative mindset, and hands-on experience in developing precise 2D/3D engineering models for manufacturing and product development.
Candidates with prior internship experience or full-time industrial experience will be preferred. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to convert innovative ideas into manufacturable designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for industrial products and components.
- Design products considering manufacturing feasibility, functionality, aesthetics, and cost optimization.
- Prepare engineering drawings, assemblies, exploded views, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with manufacturing, production, R&D;, and engineering teams to develop optimized product designs.
- Modify and improve existing product designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with industrial standards and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain design revisions.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and product improvement activities.
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high design accuracy.
Required Skills Candidates must have excellent command over Industrial Design principles and be proficient in multiple CAD and engineering design tools.

Eligibility
- Diploma/ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior Internship or Full time Industrial Experience is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing CAD models and industrial design projects.
- Excellent analytical, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and production constraints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- 6 Months to 3 Years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with exceptional internship experience and outstanding CAD portfolios may also be considered.
