Qualification: Chartered Accountant 1+ year of experience in Transfer Pricing, Direct Tax, or International Tax.

Job Summary

- We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Executive to support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking studies, and advisory assignments.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Guidelines, and international taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and supporting reports.

- Conduct benchmarking studies using Indian and international databases.

- Perform functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis.

- Assist in preparing Form 3CEB and other transfer pricing compliances.

- Review inter-company agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.

- Research Indian and international transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines.

- Support transfer pricing audits, assessments, and litigation matters.

- Analyze financial statements and comparable companies.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.





- Coordinate with clients to collect financial and operational information.

- Work closely with senior team members on advisory and compliance projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Indian Transfer Pricing provisions and OECD Guidelines.

- Understanding of international taxation concepts.

- Experience in benchmarking and transfer pricing documentation.

- Solid analytical and research skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies.

- Familiarity with databases such as Prowess, Capital IQ, Ace TP, Bloomberg, or similar research tools.

- Experience working with CA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 firms is preferred.
