Max Cement Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CA Inter professional with strong experience in MIS reporting and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a manufacturing industry background and possess excellent analytical, financial reporting, and accounting skills. Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.

- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules and providing the required documentation.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain fixed asset records and oversee inventory-related accounting.

- Coordinate with internal departments for accurate financial reporting and MIS.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the automation of accounting and reporting processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.





- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, and MIS.

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in SAP ECC or other ERP systems will also be considered.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
