Role Description This is a part-time, remote C-level leadership opportunity with IGEN – India Global Expo News, focused on Viksit Bharat Conferences, Awards, and Mega Expo initiatives in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The role involves providing strategic direction for conferences, awards, and expo programs, aligning them with the broader Viksit Bharat 2047 mission and IGEN World’s ecosystem goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding program design and themes, offering thought leadership for content and policy dialogues, mentoring senior teams, and supporting high-level partnerships with sponsors, industry bodies, and government stakeholders.

The leader will represent IGEN at key virtual and in-person engagements, contribute to branding and positioning strategies, and help expand the community of CXOs, founders, and B2B readers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across events, editorial, partnerships, and digital platforms will be central to ensuring impactful outcomes for each city and sector.

Qualifications 20+ years of senior corporate or C-level experience, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, business growth, and stakeholder management.

Proven experience in B2B environments, such as global trade, industry associations, corporate strategy, consulting, or large-scale events and conferences.

Ability to provide sector-level thought leadership, shape policy-oriented dialogues, and contribute to white papers or strategic position documents.

Strong relationship-building skills with CXOs, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders, and experience in sponsorships or strategic alliances.

Comfort working in an AI-enabled, digital-first ecosystem, with familiarity in digital platforms, online events, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking capabilities, with the ability to represent the ecosystem at high-profile forums.
