We're Hiring | Senior Software Engineer – C++ | Industrial Automation

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to join our Industrial Automation team. If you have a strong background in Modern C++ , Linux , and Industrial Communication Protocols , we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop industrial communication protocol stacks using Modern C++ (C++14/17/20) .
- Develop edge gateway components to communicate with PLCs, RTUs, sensors, and industrial devices .
- Own end-to-end development of protocol features, including design, implementation, debugging, and optimization.
- Implement device connectivity, data acquisition, parsing, and data normalization.
- Develop multi-threaded, asynchronous, and event-driven applications.
- Optimize software for performance, reliability, and memory efficiency.




- Work with industrial communication technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex protocol and device communication issues.
- Integrate protocol modules with local services, data pipelines, and cloud connectors.
- Collaborate with Architects, QA, Product Management, and Cloud Engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20)
- Strong experience with Linux / Embedded Linux development (Mandatory)
- Experience developing Industrial Automation / Industrial Communication Protocols
- Strong understanding of Networking
- Expertise in Multi-threading, Concurrency, Synchronization, and IPC
- Robust debugging skills
- Experience with CMake, Make, and Cross Compilation
- Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns

Good to Have

- Python programming experience
