We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives across the organization and its subsidiary companies. The role focuses on translating strategic objectives into structured transformation programs by improving business processes, shaping operating models, and delivering measurable business value through cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, strategic change, business process improvement, or data-driven transformation.

- Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, preferably within Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Public Sector, or project-driven organizations.

- Strong understanding of business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, and value realization.

- Experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architecture, data & analytics teams, and technology organizations.

- Ability to translate business challenges into data-driven transformation initiatives and measurable business outcomes.





- Solid stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications in Business Analysis, Transformation, Project Management, Cloud, Data, or Analytics are desirable.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize enterprise-wide business transformation opportunities across business functions and subsidiaries.

- Develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Assess current-state business processes and design future-state operating models.

- Define transformation use cases, business cases, and measurable success metrics.

- Collaborate with business, data, analytics, enterprise architecture, and technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives.

- Support the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights for business decision-making.

- Track transformation workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure successful execution.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and governance reviews.

- Prepare executive reports, decision papers, and progress updates for senior leadership.

- Drive business adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
