Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and secure opportunities for new hospitality developments

✅ Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis

✅ Evaluate sites, perform due diligence, and manage property acquisitions

✅ Lead negotiations for leases, management contracts, and franchise agreements

✅ Coordinate with architects, consultants, investors, and project teams

✅ Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships

✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and successful project execution

What We're Looking For





✔ 7–10 years of experience in hospitality business development, hotel expansion, real estate, or property development

✔ Solid expertise in property acquisition, feasibility analysis, and contract negotiation

✔ Proven track record in hotel acquisitions, management contracts, or hospitality projects

✔ Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and communication skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred)
