Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process architecture practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.

Experience in integrating business processes with technology solutions.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
