This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.

Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from various stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SingleView.

Strong analytical skills to assess and model business processes effectively.

Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable process designs.

Ability to engage with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Familiarity with process mapping and workflow tools to visualize business operations.

Capability to adapt to changing business environments and incorporate feedback into process improvements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SingleView.

This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education with BE or any equivalent is required.
