Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Partner role based in Hazaribag.

The Business

Partner will work closely with the founding team to support overall business operations, drive local partnerships, and contribute to strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities may include identifying and onboarding new partners, managing relationships with vendors and clients, and collaborating on business development initiatives. The role involves coordinating marketing and outreach activities, tracking key performance metrics, and assisting in refining service offerings based on customer feedback and market analysis.

Partner will also help establish internal processes, support budgeting and resource planning, and ensure alignment between operational activities and the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications Strong business acumen with experience in operations, partnership management, orq business development.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with local partners, vendors, and clients.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data to support decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.

Familiarity with basic financial concepts such as budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue tracking.

Interest in the travel sector and willingness to learn about technology-driven travel solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Hazaribag and collaborate with cross-functional team members.

Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of outcomes.
