Role Description The Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new insurance partners, maintaining solid relationships with existing partners, and supporting them in delivering a seamless customer experience. Daily activities include explaining product offerings, assisting partners in policy selection and documentation, resolving operational or service-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

Partner will also track sales performance, provide regular updates and feedback to management, and contribute to local business development initiatives.



The role requires consistent on-ground presence, professional communication with partners and customers, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, opportunity assessment, and achieving defined targets.

Customer service and support skills, with a focus on transparent communication, issue resolution, and creating a positive experience.

Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products, or willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on offerings and regulatory requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with professional presentation abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and follow-through on tasks.

Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
