Role Description The Business Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and on-time delivery of industrial ovens, powder coating machines, paint booths, and UV curing machines.

The Business

Owner will manage vendor relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting performance expectations, and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. The role also requires driving sales and marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships,



handling key accounts, and monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability.

The Business

Owner will continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, new product development, and business expansion.

Qualifications Strong business management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing operations, setting goals, and managing teams.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably related to industrial ovens, powder coating machines, paint booths, or similar equipment.

Ability to manage finances and budgets, including cost control, pricing, and basic accounting or financial analysis.

Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation with clients and suppliers.

Skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Understanding of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance in an industrial workplace.

Comfort with on-site, hands-on involvement in production, maintenance, and troubleshooting when needed.

Relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.

Prior experience in running or managing a small or medium manufacturing business in Nashik or similar industrial hubs is an advantage.
