About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our logistics and delivery network. The role will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing teams, ensuring timely deliveries, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Manage routing, dispatch, fleet utilization, and warehouse coordination for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in delivery/transportation.
