Aiingo Technologies builds AI-powered WhatsApp CRM and business automation solutions for SMBs across the Gulf-Kerala corridor, with our flagship product Leadvyne. We're a fast-growing startup looking for someone versatile to join our operations team as we scale.

What you'll do:

- Onboard new clients onto the Leadvyne platform — account setup, WhatsApp Business configuration, and initial training

- Provide first-level client support via WhatsApp and calls, resolving common issues

- Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, demo scheduling, and CRM updates

- Maintain client records and assist with reporting (client status, delivery tracking)

- Assist with general business admin and coordination tasks as needed





- Work closely with our Operations & Delivery Head to keep client delivery running smoothly

Who we're looking for:

- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and learning new software tools quickly

- Strong communication skills — English and Malayalam

- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball

- Comfortable speaking with clients over WhatsApp/calls

- Any educational/skilled background welcome — freshers encouraged to apply

- No specific technical background required — full training provided
