We're looking for a Client Success & Business Development Manager who can act as the bridge between our clients and development team while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate current business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Development & Design teams to deliver the right solutions.
3. Manage end-to-end project communication, provide regular updates, and ensure timely project delivery.
4. Handle client follow-ups, project changes,



and payment coordination while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
5. Lead, support, and motivate the Business Development and Project teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in an IT Software Company.
- Strong Business Development and Client Management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Software, Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or AI Solutions.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Native Tamil Speaker preferred.
