About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially smart Business Manager to help build and expand new Airbnb and short-term rental projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in property research, owner outreach, negotiations, and business development.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, building relationships, and closing mutually beneficial deals. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research properties suitable for Airbnb / short-term rental conversion

Conduct outreach to property owners through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and networking

Build strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders

Negotiate commercial terms, rental pricing, and partnership agreements

Evaluate properties based on location, demand potential, occupancy chance, and profitability

Coordinate with internal teams to develop innovative Airbnb concepts and launch new projects

Maintain a pipeline of potential properties and partnership opportunities

Provide regular updates on outreach, negotiations, and project progress What We’re Looking For

Ability to take initiative and work independently





Excellent business development and relationship-building abilities

Confidence in speaking with property owners and decision-makers

Problem-solving mindset with strong commercial awareness

Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-like environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Hospitality, Airbnb Operations, Property Management, or Sales

Understanding of the short-term rental market is a plus
