Job Role: Business Manager (Prokon Software – India Region)

Location: India (Preferably Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Pune, Mumbai or Delhi NCR)

Generative Design Solutions Middle East (GDSME) is a leading provider of software solutions for Manufacturing & Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) in the Middle East. We are the Distributor for Prokon in India. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to drive the success of Prokon within the Indian market.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Software Sales, or Engineering Software Sales.

Experience in selling Engineering Software such as Prokon, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar solutions shall be highly preferred

Industry Preference:

Structural Engineering Software, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, BIM, CAD/CAE Software or Engineering Consultancy

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Engineering Software Sales, relationship management, strategic business development, and technical solution selling within the civil and structural engineering industry.

The Business Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base,



strengthening relationships with engineering consultants, EPC companies, educational institutions, and government organizations, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities in structural engineering, construction, infrastructure, and consulting sectors across India

Develop channel partners and strategic alliances where applicable.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Work closely with Application Engineers for proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Increase Prokon's market presence across all regions of India.

Liaise closely with Prokon Middle East & Global

Participate in engineering conferences, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events.

They should possess the ability to engage with senior decision-makers, understand technical requirements, deliver value-based software solutions, and consistently achieve business growth while representing the Prokon brand across the Indian market.
