Role & responsibilities Role Overview:

As a Business Head, you will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of your assigned region. The role involves leading the serviced properties business by managing supply, operations, revenue, and sales while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams and be accountable for business expansion, operational excellence, and revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the P&L; and overall business performance of the assigned region.
- Lead the supply, operations, sales, and revenue functions for serviced properties.
- Drive business growth by increasing occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain quality standards across all serviced properties.
- Lead and mentor Business Development Managers, Area Revenue Heads, and other regional teams.
- Develop market expansion strategies and strengthen relationships with hotel owners and key partners.
- Monitor business KPIs, identify improvement areas,



and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Team Reporting

Business Development Managers, Area Revenue Heads, and other regional business teams will directly report to the Business Head.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Solid experience in business leadership, sales, operations, or hospitality.
- Experience in handling multi-city or regional business operations.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
