Role Description The Business Growth Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune City, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on supporting and scaling growth initiatives by helping clients implement structured marketing systems using Irizpro’s cMOS framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing marketing and sales performance data, assisting in the design and optimization of growth workflows, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for revenue and efficiency improvements.





The Business Growth

Associate will contribute to proposals, financial and business impact assessments, and clear documentation of playbooks and processes. The role also involves maintaining robust communication with stakeholders, providing responsive customer support, and ensuring a smooth adoption of AI-driven tools and practices across client organizations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth recommendations.

Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Business skills, including understanding of revenue models, unit economics, and business process optimization.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients, present findings, and document workflows clearly.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term client relationships.

Relevant experience in B2B marketing, sales operations, or growth roles is beneficial.

Comfort with AI-driven tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
